Environmental geography major Thomas Butler ’24, from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, describes his historical and geographical research on how perceptions of weather in upstate New York have changed over time.

Computer Science major Shane Knopp ’23, from Palm Beach, Fla., describes his geological research on the Alaskan Subduction Zone.

In the summers of 2019 and 2020, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ professors Krista Ingram and Ahmet Ay set course for Casco Bay, Maine, with student researchers Lauren Horstmyer ’22 and Hailey Orff ’24. Together, they captured thousands of images of harbor seals for SealNet.
