A new Accommodated Testing Center and 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s first-ever Disability Cultural Center are now open in a newly remodeled area on the garden level in McGregory Hall.

On March 14, the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Chorus performed at Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium in New York City under the direction of Sinhaeng Lee, assistant professor of music and director of choral programs.

In the 1980s, the University’s recreational sports department developed 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Outing Club — founded in 1914 — into the broader Outdoor Education program known today, offering students opportunities to explore activities ranging from rock climbing and canoeing to mountain biking.

Preliminary construction has officially begun on the Carey Center, a transformative 97,250-square-foot athletics facility that will serve as the new cornerstone of 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Division I athletics program.

The Max A. Shacknai Center for Outreach, Volunteerism, and Education is celebrating a quarter century of student-led service at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ as it continues to promote positive social change and contribute to the well-being of those on campus and surrounding communities through volunteerism.

Each month the University shares examples of faculty, staff, and alumni providing their expertise to national and regional media outlets, often shaping discussions about vital research and current events.

Hall of Fame surfer Bethany Hamilton delivered a keynote address and shared her story of resilience during a Sunday church service on Mar. 10 in 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Memorial Chapel.

More than 100 91¶ÌÊÓƵ students and alumni gathered at Philadelphia’s Reading Terminal Market for the 2026 Convergence Leadership and Alumni of Color Summit, which included a networking reception, dinner, and an intimate fireside chat with alumni.
