Second-year students seeking professional guidance from industry leaders gathered for 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Career Services’ annual SophoMORE Connections program, from Jan. 20 to 21.

Misty Copeland, a principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre, will address the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ community on Friday, April 14.

91¶ÌÊÓƵ Day, Jan. 13, President Brian W. Casey fielded questions from alumni during the first in a series of live conversations on YouTube. The discussion focused on the Third-Century Plan, where it stands, and where it is headed. 

91¶ÌÊÓƵ faculty members representing languages, philosophy, computer science, and biology gathered in the Hall of Presidents on Nov. 17 to discuss ideas for collaboration through the Robert H.N. Ho Mind, Brain, and Behavior Initiative (MBBI).

From Friday, Sept. 23, to Saturday, Sept. 24, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ hosted campus community members and alumni for a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Harlem Renaissance Center.

All 91¶ÌÊÓƵ students from families with annual income levels up to $175,000 will have federal loans replaced with University grants as part of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Commitment, beginning in the 2023–2024 academic year — an expansion from the current income threshold of $150,000. 

91¶ÌÊÓƵ broke ground Friday, Sept. 30, to celebrate the start of construction on the Benton Center for Creativity and Innovation, an anchor of the new Middle Campus, made possible through a $25 million gift from Daniel C. Benton ’80, H’10, P’10.

91¶ÌÊÓƵ welcomed alumni for two reunion weekends this month, reviving the tradition last enjoyed on campus during the Bicentennial Reunion of 2019.

Members of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ community and the University’s Board of Trustees gathered at Olin Hall on Friday, May 6, as the University broke ground on the Robert H.N. Ho Mind, Brain, and Behavior Center.

91¶ÌÊÓƵ publicly launched the most significant philanthropic campaign in its 203-year history on Friday, April 22, kicking off the largest such campaign undertaken by a liberal arts college.
